I can not replicated that on an older version (3.27.6.0).
Information .. Polyline Area is a pro resource.
Text labels are placed in relation with the view zoom state.
So, something has changed under the hood in the pro section.

I cannot reproduce this with QCAD Professional 3.28.2.
Please include platform details (Windows version, etc.).
Please attach drawing file (perhaps reduced version).
